"Order was wrong again"
I hate to complain, but I got the wrong pizza again. It’s frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to what I actually ordered. Please double-check the orders before sending them out.

"Really nice customer service"
I had a small issue with my order, but they got it fixed really quickly. The person I spoke with on the phone was super friendly and didn’t make the whole thing feel like a hassle. I’ve dealt with customer service from other places before where simple problems turned into a big ordeal, so I really appreciated how easy they made it

"Good pizza, but I expected more for the price"
The pizza wasn’t bad at all, but for me it didn’t really feel worth what I paid. Once the delivery fee and menu prices were added up, it got pricey quickly. The toppings also seemed a little skimpy, so I was expecting either a bigger pizza or a more impressive flavor for the cost. I’d probably consider ordering again if there was a good deal, but at full price it feels like a bit much.

"Really good pizza, honestly??"
Ordered from Pizza Pipeline and everything showed up hot, which is always a win, right?? The cheese was super melty, the crust actually tasted fresh, and the wings were solid too. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Ordered through pizzapipeline.com the other night..."
Ordered through pizzapipeline.com the other night. Painless, honestly. Menu came up right away, coupons were easy to spot, and checkout just worked. No weird freezing or making me re-enter stuff three times, which I’ve had happen on other food sites.
Picked it up and it was ready when they said it would be. Everything in the order was right. Pizza was still hot. The little tracking/update thing helped too, just so I wasn’t guessing. Nothing dramatic, just exactly what I needed. I’d use it again.

Pizza Pipeline actually surprised me with how many choices they have. It’s not just the usual basic pizza situation, there are tons of toppings, different crusts, wings, sides, all of it. I swear the menu is designed to make you overthink your whole life because it took me forever to decide what to get lol. Not saying there’s a secret pizza committee behind it, but… the variety feels almost too planned. Either way, not perfect, but solid menu and I’d definitely order again

"Warmer than most deliveries I’ve had"
The pizza showed up still warm, which was nice. Compared to some other places I’ve ordered from, it definitely held up better, though I do wish the crust had been a little hotter.

"Pretty good deals most nights"
I usually hop on pizzapipeline.com when they’ve got combo deals going, saves me a few bucks here and there. The coupons worked fine for me, no real issues. One promo was kinda confusing though, had to look at it twice

"Took a bit longer than expected"
Pizza was decent, but took longer to show up than I thought it would. Tracker barely updated, so was just sitting around wondering what was going on. Not the worst since the food still arrived kind of warm, but with that wait, feels average. Would order again, just not when I’m hungry and in a rush...
